Google wants to persuade Firefox users in the US again to change the default search engine !

In November 2014 Mozilla changed after 10 years with Google the default search engine of Firefox browser on Yahoo. It was not long that tried Google users move to change the default search engine. Apparently not very successful, Firefox users in the US are now happy namely directly in the search results with a "display", but that Google can make Firefox the default. That's a very prominent placement for such a display, the user should move to the changeover.

Yahoo was able to record more queries since the change in Firefox. According to StatCounter search queries from Yahoo rose from 8.6 percent in November to 10.9 percent in January. comScore has determined, however, that Yahoo's market share in the US rose to 11.8 percent in December from 10.2 percent in November. What appears as a percentage for small displacements, are actually millions of search queries and thus potential sources of revenue for the search engines. As such, one would even probably also try to reach users on every imaginable way, so that one is used again.
